Nicola Smith

As a couples therapist I see my role as helping you and your partner to connect with each other and bring joy and fulfilment into your relationship. Together we will explore why there may be disconnection, what you need and how to get the relationship that you both really want.

As a relational therapist I really believe that our relationships and experiences throughout our life shape us. We will all encounter difficulties and wounds from our past relationships. My role is to coach you as a couple to communicate in a new way that helps to heal those wounds. I am passionate about working with couples in this way because it allows you both personal growth and growing together can really strengthen and deepen your relationship.

I will bring compassion and a non-judgemental approach to working with you both and your relationship.

I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to new couples so that you can ask any questions you may have. I work online via Zoom or in person in Leeds and Harrogate.
