Profile

I am passionate about my work with couples, many who have experienced trauma, or where one or both partners are neurodivergent. I use the theories from the Developmental Model, Neurobiology, Transactional Analysis, Trauma Therapy and Imago Therapy to help couples understand what is keeping them stuck, become more compassionate towards themselves and their partners and steer them towards growth and connecting safely.

I frequently work with parents of neurodivergent children who often face a unique set of challenges that contribute to tensions in the relationship. I feel passionate about supporting people to lead better relationships by becoming more compassionate and safe with each other.
