In my work with couples I take a positive view of relationships, even though it can be hard to see them as anything other than negative when we are having relationship difficulties. I believe that the partners we pick are the perfect people to help us realise our full potential by jolting us out of familiar patterns and allowing us, as individuals and as a couple, to grow.
I have 19 years experience as an Integrative Psychotherapist working in private practice. I work as a Counselling Supervisor and group facilitator at various agencies in London, and I have also worked as a trainer and Human Resources Director for Organisations in the UK and USA.
