I am a leadership consultant, coach and writer. I work with individual leaders, leaders and their teams, and with groups of leaders helping them to be at their best more of the time, through building greater self-awareness, bigger relationships and a safe environment in which people feel valued and trusted to deliver change.
‘Assertiveness and Diversity’ is published by Palgrave Macmillan and is described as “A powerful and engaging book that combines straightforward practicality with a rare wisdom and insight into human relationships…”. I have contributed one chapter to ‘Children Growing up with Religion: Ten narratives explored’ published by York Publishing Services Ltd. And most recently I am proud to have contributed to ‘Trauma, Abandonment and Privilege: A guide to therapeutic work with boarding school survivors’ by Nick Duffell and Thurstine Basset.
I increasingly speak at conferences about leadership, and most recently with Thurstine Basset about my own personal experience of being sent away to boarding school aged 10 and the impact that this has had on me.
I apply and integrate the wonderful theory and practise of Imago in my work as a leadership consultant and in my life.
